Blue Radio Bezel Trim

Post by Dean28m » Mon Jun 24, 2013 8:20 pm

Hi I was wondering if anybody had the blue radio bezel that they would want to sell (or willing to trade for carbon fiber :D )? Or know any places to look for them? Also has anyone has success with painting their own?

Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere I searched and couldn't find anything. Thanks guys.

Painting them is only as hard as masking off the HVAC label, and a little prep.

Rust o leum's Cobalt Blue is a pretty good match for the blue neon's

Except maybe the Atlantic Blue.

If you want a new one from a dealership:

WV11AB5AB BEZEL-INST List $ 171.35 (from an invoice dated 2-15-07)

To specify I have the electric blue neon and wanted to try and match that. I had the solar yellow before but on my first day out with the car I hit a deer at 65 mph and totaled the car. I really liked how the bezel matched the paint. Anyway I think what I'm going to do is check some local junk yards first and if I can't find any then i'll paint it. If it comes out crappy then maybe I'll order that one however 170 seems a bit pricey for a little piece of plastic. Also what color rustoleum would you recommend for the electic blue? Thanks for your help guys.

If you live in or near PA go to harrys u pull it. biggest junk yard in the world. awesome place just bring tools, cash, and a list because you'll want to buy more than just a bezel once you're there.

Available at Home Depot/lowes Wally World...

Looks a bit dark on this PC, but once you see it in person, you will know if it is what you are looking for...
