doesn´t seem to be a regular neon thing, the wires even not.

Have you had just and time to follow them ?

Not yet but I will in a few. Finally have a nice day out

Edit: ok its spliced into the wiring harness by the steering column.

Blue wire is spliced into a pink or red wire with blacl stripe

Green wire into a light blue wire

One black is grounded.

Then a yellow wire in the cars harness is cut. One side goes to a black wire the other side goes to the orange wire. Wonder wth its for.

Can also tell you the car wont even try to turn over with that cap off the plug.

It's a starter kill. The yellow wire is the starter wire which is cut. Black is ground. Pink/black is +12V constant. Light blue wire it the ignition wire.

You could remove it and rejoin the starter wire at the steering column together and be ok.

Thanks a lot for the quick replies. I figured it was something non factory by the plug and kinda realized what it was when I couldnt crank it. Again very much appreciated!
