89 to 91 and then shoot right on down. However, I'll be there Saturday afternoon hanging out with Jimmy so that Sunday morning we can set up the meet.

I'll be down there early in the morning picking up supplies and setting things up. We'll try to usher people into the meet area like the last meet.

Have fun guys it sux I cant make it like I thought but my car is still on jacks. I was hoping to have my coilovers ordered last week but once again I got a kick in the nuts financially.

Take lots of pics!!! Hope to catch up with you guys again before the snow hits... but we shall see..

Hey everyone,
Just to let you know, we are meeting at the tower entrance (east entrance). It is not the visitor center entrance; it is 2 miles east of that entrance. It's a 1 1/2 mile climb up to the summit. I will be down at the entrance to help guide you in. Call me at 607-351-5385 if you get lost.

I have an idea for one ... it wouldnt be something like the side of a mountain for great foliage shots ... but ... what about the local diner near me. Hear me out on this ...

Its a 50's style railroad car made into a diner umpteen years ago. I have been going there for like 32 years (yes I am that old) ... and have seen many different owners go thru. The guy running it now is an awesome chef. I could talk to him and see if he would be willing to do something for us .

I figure its easier if we go there and just buy food instead of carting around tables and such. Maybe we could ask him to do a burgers and dogs summer thing ... or even if we all chip in he could do a full out meal (his friday night prime rib is to die for!!!) ... plus we wouldnt have to clean up after ... lol. I think it should seat about 25 people or so in there ... and the parking lot is huge.

check it out ... theres a few pictures there and it shows a small part of the outside. I could see if he would be willing to do a Saturday afternoon or Sunday afternoon ... probably just after he closes regular business so it could be just us.

Ya that sounds good, as long as I have a effort notice am in. I was going to say we could have a meet here on the cape, but I live so far away from you guys and it probly would be a travel for some of you like it is with me.

Well I also scoped out Purgatory Chasm today in Sutton Ma. Found a spot in the parking lot there .. not a big foliage place ... but it had a nice cresent shape parking lot ... could fit alot of cars in a nice pictures. Theres about 7 picnic tables in that spot and 3 grills ... so we wouldnt have to bring them this time. Just the charcoal and stuff for the fire ... and food ... lol. Heres a quick shot of the area I was at ... let me know what you guys think ... either here or that diner I mentioned (I will talk to the owner tomorrow anyway).

Purgatory chasm is a gorgeous place and I think I know the diner you're talking about also! This past meet was almost a 2 hour ride for me but well worth it! I have pictures I just need to finish going through them.
