Texas Mile in Beeville Texas

The next event is March 25th, but I am more interested in going in the next event which should be this summer.

Has anyone ever been or planning to go? I went last year to the May event, I worked at the airstrip that it is held at. It was a blast to see a nitro sniffing Ford GT (not a mustang) hit 215mph. It is a great time and you do get to see some serious cars put down some serious speed.....and then there are some that are there just to have fun.......

Like me, I am going to enter this year, not because I can hang with any of the cars, but to say I did it. [/b]
