2009 Official Indianapolis Neon Haters Meet (Rain or Shine!)

Info: This is for the official (it is now) meet at 10th and S. Mittoeffer Rd. in Indianapolis.
It's about 20 minutes on the east side of downtown in the parking lot of the Washington Square Mall.

We'll meet at Buffalo Wild Wings (located in the mall parking lot next to Target) beforehand for those who want to eat and meet before at about 5:00pm and then head over to the meet afterwards. The meet starts around 7:00pm but this will give everyone some extra time to meet, eat or just get there on time! (for those slow drivers.

Right next to Target in the mall parking lot. Can't really miss it.

The Show: (If you can't make it to the Dinner.)
The meet is in one of the parking lots at the Washington Square Mall. Here is the addy to the mall.
10202 East Washington Street Indianapolis, Indiana 46229

The X marks the spot of the meet. It's just on the other side of the mall.

i think the idea of having it during carlisle or before carlisle is a good cuz that way everyone that is on their way to PA that has to come thru indy ne way can stop......IMO

The 15th would be better since I don't work overtime that week. I willl need to know ASAP if this is final so I can request a PTO (paid time off) day to attend. Using PTO days is serious as I have been saving them up for Carlisle.

If my boss says that this is okay, I think that I can get that Friday night off by swapping routes and not having to take PTO. I'll clock out at 12 a.m. after driving 240 miles Thursday night. I'll have to be back in at 8 a.m. to cover a route to Effingham, IL and back to Indy by 3 p.m. Then I can dash home, wash the car and be at the cruise-in by 7 p.m. I still need to know ASAP if this event is going to happen!
