47th Annual UW-Stout Spring Auto Show

Hey guys, just a shameless plug for a local car show that i help put on. I would love to see some great neons at this event as mine is still down. Feel free to stop on out if even to just check it out for the day.

The 47th Annual UW-Stout Spring Auto Show is coming up on May 4, 2014. There are 16 classes, with trophies for first place in all classes and plaques for second and third. We are having the dyno back this year, again.That being said, we will again be having a dyno competition. We will also be having a pipe rap competition and slow drag competition. Show cars are $10, swap/vendor space $15, and FREE admittance for the public. Food and drinks will be sold at a concession stand and there will be raffles/door prizes throughout the day.

When: Sunday, May 4, 2014 - Gates open at 10am

I'll bet that some 2GN'ers from chipdogg's meet the day before might be able to make this show. I have a meet in MI that day; otherwise, I'd stick around in WI after chipdogg's meet to attend the show.

yeah, not a huge deal. i just thought that anybody that wanted to show up could. if anybody needs a place to crash, i have space for a couple people on a giant L-couch

This is a good show for a great cause. It is the 11th annual and a very well run show.

Class trophies including modern classes , Best of show, and a Club participation award.
Goodie Bags
Door prizes
Tin Can auction
Live DJ
Reasonably priced food and drinks.

Spectators are free. So, stop by for a while even if you dont care to put your car in the show.
