meet: tech & tune, bbq, and cruise/run

So she said it was a go. So we will deffentally be there.

. So im part of some nissan forums. There is this big meet at golden gardens at the end of the month. The biggest of the northwest for nissans. Yall should swing threw. There are all makes and models but mostly nissans. Last year was nuts. I think we had 1000+ cars come threw. Everything from old 510s and 260s all the way to brand new skylines and g37s. There was even like a astro van with a vq30dett swap. Anyways if yall want details let me know.

Sokad - there's not a rule that you can't post, however, don't be a dork. I know these guys (most anyway) and they know me. We respect each other. If you're not going to show up (which I doubt you're going to make the 3000 mile trip for), don't mock the reasons other people won't show or mock the guy who's setting it all up. Thanks.

so, the wife and i took a drive today. we think we've found a route for the drive. someone had suggested going to the WA stonehenge, because it would put the portland guys closer to home, but i thought we would spin off of that.

we're thinking of going from Grandview, up through Mabton, and head to Bickleton, it's a small hick-town, but the roads to and from it are really fun. from there we'd head over to Goldendale (this part is around 1.5 hours), from Goldendale, any southern folk could head down to Oregon, while the rest of us head back over Satus Pass and come into Toppenish (that part is another 1-1.5 hours). at Toppenish, Westsiders can either head West, or come back to the house, and same with Eastsiders, head home, or come to our house, don't matter. Like i said, we took the drive today, and I thought it was really a fun drive. hope ya'll are interested.

Well, as of right now, I have a fractured bone in my ankle from playing basketball and I can't drive for a while (my right foot). As a side note, I lived in Boardman for a few years when I was younger - it's actually on that map!

im thinking im gonna change up the drive. i havent heard much from the southern folk via NWNeon, so i dont think any of them are coming. and 3 hours for a drive is a shitload for ya'll that are coming over from the westside. i dont have a route planned out yet, but it'll definitely be less. ya'll still game i hope?

the new drive route,we'll head East on I-82 from my place, to where the red A is, is Kiona/Benton Shitty. going south out of Kiona is Weber Canyon Road, Weber Canyon is kind of a fun drive, a little short, but fun. welchie and i hit it once before, and i've done it a couple other times. from there we'll head west on County Well Road, and get on SR 221, drop down into Prosser, mob through there, and head back to my casa, from there, ya'll are welcome to hang out, or bounce, totally up to you!

I don't think we have a true head count yet dustin, but we do have a list of who's coming a lil ways up the page. it's lookin like it's gonna be a good turnout. oh, and thanks for the heads up about Webber, we drove up there a couple days after I talked to you and it is closed, it's tore up bigtime, all the way down to dirt. but a Bickleton run will be cool nonetheless.
