omfg mspaint hood

Okay so i couldnt resist. I cant find the cable to my camera to upload pictures, but I got bored and decided to paint my hood blue.

I just put my srt hood on, and its blue, my car is yellow :P Some guy is coming up and buying it for 200 smackaroos along with my sxt spoiler. (Hence painting money)

I couldnt get my damn spray nozzles out either, and autozone only sells riced out ones :( So off to the dealship I go. (Any pointers on how to get them out? I dont have needle nose pliers to squees the tabs... I think thats how you do it.)

i give him props for trying :lol:

to get the spraynozzles out, i used a small flathead to pinch 1 end, push, then pinch the other end, then it came out.
they look something like this on the end...

the arrow point looking things are the clamp things you just push it together towards the lil straight || hose nozzle hookup. Yea, i know that soudned really really confusing...

A. You're putting hood scoops on a n/a car... I mean that's not the bad part.. every has their own taste... but a stock Neon with a srt hood... just looks funny to me.

B. You could atleast sand it down.. and spray paint it a somewhat close yellow color... it'll atleast match somewhat better and not look AS tacky....

But thats okay, its getting painted in about a week from now. WOOHOO!

Plus I've got a srt bumper on its way :) So... w00t.

I just had to put this hood on because someone bought my other one for 200 smackaroos :)

yes they do! theyre prolly just in the back somewhere... i dont think theyre out in the customer section anymore, ask someone at the counter.
