Well here was my car as of a few weeks ago:
And I just installed clear corners, removed the side moldings, and got my handles painted to match:
Probably going to get some tint next to make it look even cleaner. I'm going to go install the door handles on the other side right now, just had to post these up real quick to take a break haha

Very nice! Good job.
On a side note, I don't see why DCX had to bring back the black door handles on the Neons after the 2002 model year. They did not save anything by not having them all painted (as in the 2000-2002 model years). Its just one of the many steps back DCX took with the later Neons for no valid reason.

I definately want to drop it soon, but it would look akward with those wheels wouldnt it?
I just bought those tires a few weeks ago so I definately don't want to buy rims/tires right now.

I don't think it would look akward lowered with those wheels. If I could go back, that would of been one of the first mods I would of done.

I hate saying this over and over, but the BEST mod for the Neons...I don't care what ANYONE ELSE thinks...is LOWERING it. DO IT NOW! You and your car will love you for it!
