In Germany they don't offer the 03+ Neon - so i have to build my own..

I started with the rearr end - because i don't have the matching headlights. Not yet...

First I installed the SXT-spoiler. It was simple - just swapping the trunklid with Marakkas Neon.



than I had to remove the black painting - nice but forbidden in Germany

Changing the bumper was a kidding job. Marakka forgot to tell me that you must have monkeyarms to remove the screws...

Looks good, but too bad they do not have an export bumper for the 03+ neons over there. I like the fogs on the rear of the 00-02 bumper

I have a pair of the foglights now for sale...
And the bumper. But the bumper is sadly to large for shipping AFAIK

sell the bumber to maraka. then he can ship. lol


But i will say that i love the 03 rear end

the bumper is super easy to take off w/an air socket wrench....if u dont have 1 your screwed....i went out and got 1 just for the job and its my new favorite toy

I only had an old jaw wrench and a little screwdriver.
I lost my good tools - and I'm to stingy to buy a new toolkit...
A tool like that is pretty much all i have at the moment...

Ugh, Im still trying to get PT crusier backup lights for my rear bumper

They're not cheap. 75 Euro for one. They look like my foglights but the glas is, hmm how can I say, white/red stripes.
In Germany is on the PTs left a foglight and right a reverse.
Don't know why my reverse is white, it's an aftermarket part from eBay...
And i found a shop with this white lights

What are the two holes in the '03 rear bumper you have??

Other than that, it looks great! And what's up with the painted taillights and corner lights? It's illegal to remove the 'paint' from those? Were those just tinted by someone?

Yes, foglight and reverse are imperative needed in Germany. Thath's kidding me absolutely. No one needs this fucklight and you can't find a place to install it invisible.
I'm going to install a pair of aftermarket lights with grey glas.

Therefor I had to drill 2 holes with 2" caliber..

I had to REMOVE the painting from the lights because painted lights are forbidden in Germany, they where painted as I got them.

It was pure luck. I saw it on like the 5th page of the FS section on the other .org and I bought it on impulse. It just happend to be the right color too. Kind of like my struts and harness bar too. Damn car has eatten up like $2000 in impluse buys this year. lol

They're gone weeks ago. Marakka offered them here. But you can have my Altezzas. But there cover glas is in bad condition.
And as is said: I offer my rear fogs and my bumper.
But I think I can't ship the bumper to the staates. If you know a cheap and possible way...

Yep. That was him. Seems like most 2gn people I know who want it almost got it. How I managed to actually get it, I dont know. He wasnt lyin though, it was never mounted on a car and was brand new. Though it got a few scuffs in shipping that I still havent buffed out cuz Im lazy. Atleast I managed to wire in a 2nd license plate light and hook the fog lights up. lol

Much better with something in those holes!

And the best is: The lights are quite invisible on first sight...
