Sorry, but you know it's true!
If that's the case, I'm a ricer, Jason's a ricer and several other people on these boards alone, are ricers.

Heck yea iam a ricer then cause i have them in my BMW and the light diffrence is so much better i have a wide range of light verse just straight ahead i can see the dips in the road so much clear. if you have a set of hids in your car and you dont see a diffrence besides the color then my friend you got ripped off and need to throw your hid's away.

I'm a ricer

But yah, I didn't buy them for the color... the light output is amazing and much better over stock. There is added glare to other drivers, I'd solve that with some good projector housings but yah... I don't think I could make a set that looks that good. Instead I adjusted my lights down some so I don't blind other people as much. The passenger light is up ever so slightly though as it helps in hitting street signs and anything on the side of the road.

That helps (the adjusting), I didn't mean you guys about the ricer comment, I meant the ones that only got them for the color. At least you guys understand that you are getting "better" lighting, at the cost of blinding people, and you just don't mind! LOL.

Diabl0, really, projectors aren't that hard to retrofit, give it a shot, you will see how easy it is......plus you get killer night time performance lighting.

My big problem would be the fiberglassing of the projector bezels or whatever they're technically called. You can usually pick up some projectors on eBay for a decent price, even though they might be stolen.

2000-2002 lights are kind of a bitch though! The shape is way different and it would be hard to take out the orginal reflector and make everything line back up agian. Dont get me wrong, its not rocket science, but its alot of work. Im going to take apart my projectors agian and fix all the little blimishes. Its a learning process and it takes alot of time.

I'm actually going to start trying my hand at it for the 00-02's, I have a front end to use, and I just need a guinnie (sp?) pig, anyone want to try me out, I'll do the work for $50, you just buy the parts........after that I'm going to charge $175 per set+parts.
