i dont know for sure...but i dont think its rice i think its stock...i see soo many up here in ontario...its called the "rage" edition or some shit

It's a CDN dealer option they offered on 2003 Cars. I included R/T Style dual exhaust, SRT Wing, and of course the badging. Look on Allpar...
