This chrome retro si not a reality just yet as I was just playing around with a few ideas on a old housing I had lying around. Granted the black painted portion on the chrome bezel would not be black but stock chrome but this will give you an idea...

And here is a completely all black HID retro I did for a member on srtforums. Looks crazy!

I need a new front clip to use and I can take care of you guys. I just don't have the fundage to go out and get one at the moment. The one front clip I did have I can't use as the local bodyshop can't get it straightened for me

If push comes to shove and I still have this car (which BTW its for sale

) then I will just take off my front bumper and do it that way for you all but a fee will be added, rest assured of that LOL.

You do realize that when/if you do decide to do 00-02 headlamps, you will have an insane number of customers here--in addition to having a lot of money.
