Ran and did a quick shoot with the D80. Car's pretty dirty (by my standards) and the lighting wasn't very good since the sun is setting. Not bad though, puts my old point-and-shoot to shame! Let me know what you guys think ;)

I like the last shot too! Lol "End" . You definitely need grille inserts though, I forgot what you said happened to them.

Not bad. I actually don't mind the the front now that you removed the mesh you had in the holes.

Just needs a set of black Slipstreams. :D

It has the inserts, just no grille! :) The honeycomb grille is nasty IMO, it looks cheap. Less is more, as they say.

Thanks for the comments guys ;)

I'm thinking about saving up for wheels, and just reusing my Yoko's to save money on new tires. The problem is, I still need $1000 or so to get any of the wheels I want. Where do people come up on an extra G to buy wheels? I dont get it :)

I had the black mesh in there for awhile, but it looked bad up close and was super cheapo, so I got rid of it. As of right now I have no plans to fill it in, since my options are limited. Let's just say i'm not going to have the SXT front fascia forever

Well the Gram Lights I want are around $700/wheel without tires, and the SSR's I was looking at are around $400/wheel. I have a few other ones in mind, but they're all around the same price.

Check on tire rack, I think they are having a closeout on the SSR or gramlights right now

That, my friend, is why we can buy wheels/tires and you have a hard time...nobody here buys wheels that expensive for their Neons!

^Yeah I know, I just want high quality wheels. Everything else on my car is a quality part, why skimp on wheels? I'm the kind of person who is willing to pay for what they want. Of course I'll find the best deal I can, and I keep an open mind, but I just don't see the point in settling. It's not all about looks for me.

I sold my r/t wheels for $400 and bought Slipstreams for $500. I'm a Neon enthusiast... I'm cheap. ;)

Thanks :)

That spot is near the Sac Intl Airport, about 10 mins from my house via backroads. It's in the middle of a field; I think they might be building there soon, because the roads are real new and lead to nothing haha.

Thanks Tinky!

BTW, though it may be considered sacrilegious, if and when I do end up getting a carbon hood/trunk/fenders, I plan on painting them to match. hehe
