Hey OB...just saw what you painted in the engine bay...all of the yellow stuff, like the dip stick and the trans fluid stick. Am I right?

Yeah, they were painted orange before (you can see em in the earlier pic posts in this thread). Looked a bit tacky, so I broke out the flat black and cleaned em up. Oil cap, coolant res cap, batt term cover, p/s cap, and dip stick are all black now. I also painted the tower brace (chrome had to go), and the A pillars as well.

Just got some carbon fiber in today, so im gonna work on making the front badge and hopefully an injector cover as well.

oh, and P.S. - Manual trans cars dont have tranny dipsticks silly!

Here's a video clip from a run out in the backroads the other day, and a hilarious pic of a llama we found in the mountains on saturday during a canyon run. sorry the video sucks and the wind is pretty loud.

Its a catback. Ive been known to go with AND without the muffler (rear section). Yeah the exhaust has a very good tone, hence the price.

if you look carefully at the llama you can see his teeth. this fool's smilin at me rofl.

thanks all!

Thanks guys! Yeah the fogs were something ive been wanting to do for awhile now. I dont like the round style that come on the 03+ fog light fascias so I did my own thing. Theyre high quality lights, not like those found at autozone or the local rice store. Glass housings and h3 bulbs. I found them at a Japanese tuning store in San Francisco that I frequent whenever I get a chance to hit the city. Very cool store with lots of nice JDM products. The wiring and hardware that came with them was top notch; the install was custom and I had to make a few cuts, but it turned out well. I plan on cleaning the install up eventually, possibly with a bezel or something to make it look more professional.

...but I'm not diggin' the front mesh stuff. The OEM honeycomb looks better IMO.

really? I personally hated the honeycomb, it looked really cheap IMO. Then again, the mesh I used isnt the best either, but it looks cleaner and less tacky if you ask me.

the car looks good, I think a srt rear would or even the lip kit in the back with some mods to it would set off that rear sect exhaust imo. Idk it looks good either way
