Looks good but I would have zoomed in a little more and put the car in more of the bottom left corner. Photography 101, Rule Of Third

Other than that nice picture, I always love how night pictures look!

middle of a busy road at 6:50 pm ..i woulda had to stand in the MIDDLE of the road to take a pic like that jason..maybe one night ill go back late and take it..
i took one similar to it..but it got blurry

its sooo hard to take pictures at night without getting blurry, so its an awesome thing when you get a good one like the first one you posted.

Tripod

Set the self timer, hit the button and don't touch the camera

The timer helps so the camera has time to steady itself after you hit the button. Mainly why photographers use remote shutter release cables so they are less likely to disturb the camera when taking a picture.

Looks good...but like diablo0 said...not close enough, but I understand why.
came out very crisp though!
