Here my car with the srt-4 hood after I test fitted it. It will be off and get painted really soon when insurance paints my new rear ill have the hood and mirrors painted at the same time. If you look at old pics of my car the srt4 hood doesnt have any bigger gap that the stock hood did with the xenon front.

p.s. excuse the snowflakes, our snow just finally melted but the street salt is still on the road and we still might get more snow yet

I havent actually taken the spoiler off yet, im contemplating(sp?) it

and the drop will be very soon, Im gonna line up some rt springs or get some s-techs

but looks tight (physically) , can you open it with out rubbing anything? gaps just look really small...

I like it with no spoiler also, makes it look cleaner in my opinion.

and about the chrome washer I hate them too but couldnt find any stockers or black ones so I picked those up and snipped all the wires off

R/T springs are going to do anything for you I recommend the Eibach Pros or the Progressive springs from goldline

If I wanna go turbo I wont be able to affors coilovers. RT springs will only cost me about $50

R/T springs arent going to make your car any lower either!

I like the hood It seems to look even nicer on our cars.

Does look good... but seriously dude, buy lowering springs, coilovers, something that'll actually lower your car. Stop putting it off, making excuses... and JUST DO IT!!!! Your car would look so much better lowered but it seems like you've had it with that kit on running around like a 4x4 for over a year now. Forget the turbo for now, finish what you started, making a show car, and lower it!

Don't get R/T springs, they won't do anything for you except make it a little stiffer but thats all.

i'm thinking he means 1g R/T springs. jay.. if you sell that thing.. you knwo you got a local interested in a few parts..... if this local isn't broke that is....

Yes I do mean 1st gen rt/acr springs I guess I should have been more clear. And im not making excuses the snow just finally melted so next pay check im gonna order the springs. When we had snow on the ground I plowed it at stock height with my front so I figured id wait. so hopefully within the next few weeks ill have the springs then I just need to find a buddy to put them on for me. This is the first ive posted pictures in a while and only because of the hood, I wasnt planning on showing any new pics of my car until I got the springs on. thanks for the replies yall keep them coming.

dude when ever you wanna get a photo session together im down. we could maybe work something out to meat at some random place to get pics. I still have to wait a bit to put the 18's back on though until the street crews get all the street salt out of the road and im guaranteed no more snow

lol. my buddy got impatient and threw his enkei's back on his cavi tonight. i'm sure there wont be anymroe snow here though. dunno about spokompton. i've got a few projects i'm finishing up oin the car, then we'll set somethign up, once it's warmer of course.

yeah, im not worried as much about the snow as im worried about all the salt and shit they put on the road.
