omg.. wow...
wtf? are those things supposed to make the car handel better? or are they just so you don't have to worry about air pressure...
lol....
some people are just too lazy to check their tires i think... thats the only thing i can think off.

New runflat design.... You cant punture those like an average tire.
I kinda like the looks of em... Makes it look like yer ridin on air.
But man, i wonder how hard it would be to mount them on a wheel! Low profile tires are already a biatch!!
EDIT: oh yeah, and.... REPOST!!!!!! hahaha

i heard somewhere that they was susposed to look like real tires but only have that stuff in the inside and not air.

they look liek ass. but im sure if they make them, they will have sidewalls... im sure the pictures that are out are justr to show people the insides... i think its a cool design, but how would it work for a low pro design?

As per a more recent release from Michelin, IF they are produced, they will have sidewalls and they will hav e to be attached specially to the wheels, since there is no bead to lock onto the rim. But yeah, REPOST.

will they even make those in a low profile? seems like it would be difficult to maintain the function of the bands in such a thin tire...i would use em if they had sidewalls but keep in mind they are probably going to be between $300-$500 a tire

I don't think they'd be able to make them in low profile. And if they did I imagine ride quality would be horrid as they would have to make the lines a lot stronger.
The idea is great though! No air pressure you have to worry about, or getting a flat. I bet they would be expensive as hell though.

I have a question, would the police be able to disable a car with these wheels? Most cars are disabled by blowing out the tires and with these it looks like it would be impossible to disable.
