This is the Custom Axel Back ?Camaro? muffler that was converted by
BlackRoseRacing to fit the cut outs on a r/t type bumper.
I got this off him on the Parts sale from this forumn, and it probably took 45 minutes to put on.
This is what it looked like before:
And this is what the new one looks like before i put it on:
This is the comparison of the two:
this is me surprised at how heavy the old r/t exhaust was.
This is a crappy picture of the new exhaust on my neon.
I've adjusted it many, of many times, till it was close to perfect.. but ran out of light due to the time of day i started working on this.
Bump For New Photos:
it sounds so much better than before..
i gues.. kinda like a camaro? go figure.

Im glad you like it
It costed me 2 tickets here in the city where I live, and both by the same cop to

. NYS law states NO exhaust mods, yet the NYS troopers never bothered me with about it.
Its not really that loud either, a little raspy when cold, loud around 7800rpm with an af/x r
My gas mileage and power was better with that axle back too.....
P.S. (for anyone interested)
Its an 80 series DeltaFlow Flowmaster Crossflow muffler, 2 1/2" in/out, custom mandrel bent piping, SRT stainless tips.......
