the end of the clip, that's where the one starts.... not the giant number one.

that sir, is about a 2 1/4" exhaust

Its not 2 1/4, its 2.5. Either or its not a true 3 inch catback (atleast at the point you measured it) but thats alright it looks/sounds awesome.

I guess i'll just have to pull it off and show you the damn measurement, it is a true 3" because I had to put a 3" adapter to mate it to the stock downpipe.

there's no point in doing that, it's just the fact that at the point where you measued it, it sure as hell wasn't 3". That's all rice_eater and myself are pointing out.

Damn that sounds good. I'm not a fan of the looks at all (don't like it on the Neon either), but you asshole Subie owners can put whatever the hell exhaust you want and every single one that I've heard sounds friggin amazing.

I tend to agree with you jonny, everyone I have heard I like but this one doesn't pop and is pretty mellow, which is why I chose it. I went through 3 exhausts on my GTI before I found one that I didn't hate.

Thanks, I love my car as well.

Wrx is a sound car, she won't be disappointed. Get an 06+ if you can, 2.5, better interior, brakes, suspension...pretty much everything. I would love to get an evo, but they are damn hard to come by up here and they cost an arm and a leg. Like, 10k mark up from the dealer here in AK.
