Modified My Grill

So today at Work i found a chrome grill being thrown away, yes thats right call me a trash digger. Well i decided i would slap that one on while i cut up my grill. It was a slow as boring today in the shop so i cut the Horizontal Bars off the grill. Once i got home i filled in the holes & did the clean up sanding on it. So heres the pics for now, you'll have to exscuse the crappyness. The wife took the camera tonite & wont be back till tomorrow. So tomorrow i'll get new pics after i install it & add some Mesh to the grill

well here's the shitty pic lol. The color is off, but oh well. I still need to buy the mesh & add it in, so i wont make a final decision yet. If i don't like it, then im gonna finish cutting out the rest of the grill. But for now, im stuck with Mixed Feelings

if it was color matched it might look a lot better..

Yeah it depends on what the mesh looks like. You should do a series of gold colored dollar signs.

waiting on parts to finish the rest of the cantilever. Plus im waiting on my Tax Return so i can go buy a new mig welder. My Stick is too hot to weld sheet metal

but anyways, back on topic. total cost for this mod is 8 bucks lol, so i can't be upset. I bought the mesh today & i put it in at work today & it looks much better now. i'll get more pics up later, gotta run to a wedding

its pretty good looking. i was suprised. one thing i would like to see is a chrome grill mesh, and maybe a better looking front bumper to accent the improved grill.

What kind of mesh is that and where do you buy stuff like that???? I was thinkin of doing something similar for the front on my car....

looked liek ass before the mesh went in, now i like it. but IMO, do the openings by your fogs as well

I bought it at Home Depot. Its like a 4'x8' piece for 8 bucks. It was right by the Dry Wall
