Well today was a sad one. My brother had to get rid of his S2k. His wife is dealing with serious medical issues namely Multiple Sclerosis. It was to hard to get in and out of for her so he needed something bigger. So a 2007 Voodoo Blue Fj Cruiser fit the bill! It's awesome! Here's some pics...

Damn dude that sucks, I love S2Ks, sorry to hear about your loss, and his wifes medical conditions. And no offense but FJ Crusisers make me puke. At least your modding it.

I really didn't like them at first either. But once you get a ride in one you fall in love. They are insanely quiet and unlike the S2k rides very smooth. And have torque!

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder when it comes to the fj's, the old skool fj's looked better tho, lol. But this should be easier for her to get into, My aunt had MS so I know how important lil things like getting into a car is.

that s2k is nice it had hard top and everything too. sucks he had to get rid of it.... i still cant wait till i can get ahold of my white s2k w/ hardtop dream

All toyota was doin with the new fj's were trying to revive the old school fj's of the 70's I personally think they failed, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Thanks, yea it's strange watching a person deteriorate right in front of you. She wanted the FJ more than he did so maybe it was the MS talking ?

I'm sorry to hear about the medical situation. My father has a friend that he graduated from high school with (they're 53 now and still hang out, which I think is so cool). Used to be a killer tennis player, super active, and now he's chair-ridden from MS. It is one ugly disease and I couldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Yeah his wife was a star volleyball player and super active now she hobbles around on a cane and its getting worse. Shes only 29 too.

i meant to post about this when i made fun of scott, im sorry to ehar about the situation, i wish the family the best and i understand why they got taht car, but it still doesnt make that car any prettier.

So sorry to hear about that, and at such a young age! How sad.

I'll be the odd person out on this, but I personally like the new FJs.

I'm sorry for your sister-in-law. But, I think he made a good trade. I'd rather have the FJ than S2000. Call me crazy as you will.

Im sorry to hear about his wife...that is very sad

My manager at work wants an fj so bad....but she wants one with a black top...I guess they make them this year w/ black tops. she hates the white top...i think they are so so....i like new cars, the whole new car smell, everythiing brand new....so ill like it if she gets it either way.
