all -I- was saying is that not everyone wants to go big and extravegant with things, and that small things (like removing side moldings, debadgeing, tinting lights) really go a long way in things.
which actually, I would easily recommed to you yellow patrol.
Tint everything out, removing moldings and what-not. It would REALLY help set things off, and they're small, cheap (or free) mods!

Yeah I appreciate all feedback. This is a feedback type topic after all. I was thinking about removing the side molding just to have a non-stock car and not have to spend money on it, but I'm afraid of how much dirt might be under there...

Not any more than some goo-gone can't get off. Try it, you'll like it alot better with the moldings off.yellowpatrol wrote:Yeah I appreciate all feedback. This is a feedback type topic after all. Remember that red fades faster then other colors, so if you do take them off, you may have a color difference. Again, something like taking off side moldings, painting your grill won't be something anyone would notice differrent besides neon enthusiats, and those shoud be the last people you should care about impressingneonsxt0486 wrote:Not any more than some goo-gone can't get off. So are you just going to continue to make jackass comments and hide behind that quote?sullygully wrote:Neonix wrote: you guys have something you want to argue about, do it in PMs or instant messages. But not on here.
Ever occur to you that some people mod their car for themselves and not the approval of others?sullygully wrote:Again, something like taking off side moldings, painting your grill won't be something anyone would notice differrent besides neon enthusiats, and those shoud be the last people you should care about impressing

I will and I do apologize to yellowpatrol. Hell I'll go try to find him a picture of a red sxt with no moldings right now.
EDIT - Here ya go yellow. I know it's not the same red but it was the first thing I found...

In pointing out that I'm not contributing however you also are not contributing. Ever think of that genius? I don't know what's going on up in Banff or what is in your water but lately you are an ass. Flat out.l

Since I was quoted.sullygully wrote:Neonix wrote: you guys have something you want to argue about, do it in PMs or instant messages. But not on here.
Sully my intentions on posting what I did was not meant for you to use it as a get-out-of-jail free card, or to be able to "hide" behind it when someone starts to defend themselves or others against your comments lately. I felt that needed to be said publicly, since I was quoted publicly.
So in following with what I originally posted: If you have anything you'd like to say to me...PM me.
EDIT: This needs to stop, the bickering back and forth. Please keep this on topic, guys.

hey, you should debadge it a remove the side moldings... you will be surprised how much better it looks... it will also set you apart from all the other neons here in KC (cept maybe mine
, j/p
). Also there seriously will not be that much fading on your car, if any at all - it is really new, which helps. there are how toos posted on how to do it properly - hit me up if you need help, maybe I can make over to the southeast portion of the city to give ya a hand
