Hey all, I thought I'd double this post as an introduction. I'm Jeff from Vancouver, BC, Canada. The car is an '03 neon MTX that I drove right out of the showroom, brand spanking new 4 years ago. The car is base but with sunroof, spoiler, power options and it had alloys.

Mods are as follows:

Exterior
- Kaminari CF hood
- Clear corners
- Clear 3rd brake light
- Shaved rear badging
- Colour matched grill strips
- Filled plate holes (arrrgh)
- R/T side skirts
- Red indicator bulbs and red corner light bulbs

Interior
- B&M white oldschool shiftknob
- SRT4 leather shifter boot
- Red radio bezel

Suspension/Wheels/Brakes
- Eibach pro kit springs
- R/T struts
- R/T rear sway (not pictured)
- 01/02 R/T 16" wheels
- Toyo Proxy 4s
- Rear disc conversion
- Powerslot rotors
- Hawk HP brake pads
- Red calipers

Performance
- AEM cold air intake w/ K&N filter
- Magnaflow custom cat back with 3.5" dual round tips custom fit, with custom notched bumper
- B&M short throw shifter
- Booger bushings
- Mopar ignition wires
- No A/C
-PT crusier clutch

i love the old r/t wheels on the newer r/t....nice car...don't like the muffler but other than that...nice

rofl's.....gti is so hot....my buddy has a 01 1.8t with a r32 kit, 18"s, two tone paint, stereo that blows my load, and a flip out dvd player....it's a hot car

I know... but, it won't be faster that much longer..

..but she is planning on a turbo upgrade

i like your neon a lot. i must say it is clean as hell, and is one of the top best 03+ style neons that i have seen and like keep it clean keep

If your girlfriend is as hot as you say she is and is into cars, you have a kickass gf

Both very nice cars. I think if you made a cutout for the muffler it'd look even better!

Love the VW, the Neon is extremely clean, love that look! Have a friend here with a Rabbit GTI 1.8T, such a fast little car, only thing i dont like is the silent turbo that and putting a short throw shifter in it is a complete PITA with having to push down for reverse... Any info on that from you couple VW people?
