Congrats! That 240 looks awesome, I have always loved white rims on a black car, I don't care about todays trends :)

Thanx guys for the support and comments. And second, sorry for this long post but I feel it to be an inspiration to others.

It has taken me a long time to get it to this point, but there is a lot more i would like to do with it. But it may take a while for some of them. I went into the car show just expecting to be there for people to look at it, without the feeling of getting a trophy. The car has seen several shows this year, but never was able to be in it to be judged, but to only be there for the sponsor's booth. I got there and saw what I had to compete against, and thought that I had no chance. The thing that got me was as soon as I got to the show and parked, I immediatly had people coming over looking at my car. I was asked all types of questions about it and was kinda curious at how people didn't know it was a neon. People was amazed by it and everyone was commenting on it. I never expected that type of attention. I guess it was just the fact that I have been working on it all this time, and new how it was going to look and everything, but to the person seeing it for the first time was a "wow effect". I felt as if my car wasn't show car ready and wasn't planning to attend this show, but my buddies told me to go. I am very pleased with the way it went and now it makes me very proud of the work I have done. I don't know if there is anyone else out here on the boards that has been scared to put their car into a show, but don't be....do it. You may be suprised by the audience.

Congratulations, you definately should of won and I am glad you did.
I still remember when you first joined and you had a sig of a photochop of what you wanted your car to look like, and you came through and you didn't bs like some people do about doing stuff and you did it. That is badass. What other plans do you have for it?

I have thought about being bagged. Also when it gets reshot with paint, I am painting it the 3 stage pearl White that Caddy's have come out with. Thought about lambo doors with suicide rear, but that is getting played out. I have a lot to do with the interior and I Hope to have my audio done here soon with some fiberglass work done.

Congrats man!

But I think that Sunfire's hideous. That body kit's bad, but the primer makes it worse.

great thing about sunfires/cavi's.... it seems people take them to the extremes.

Good work on first. IT's GOTTA feel great.

Yeah...not sure I'm feelin the Caddy pearl color...it always looks like it's got a milky-yellow color. Cadillac CAKES on the pearl IMO...I've painted pearl before, and the more pearl you have, the more you alter the original color, hence the dis-colored yellowish-white that Cadillac has. If you could spray it a bright white with a few light coats of pearl, it would be noticeable, but it would also keep the bright white...that would look SO good!

well mine is stone white...and after looking at my detail pics of b4 and after...I will just respray it stone white again. When the car is detail with the speed glaze and NXT...it is so bright in the sun it kinda hurts to look at it so I feel like it is bright enough.

Good job man, car looked great! Good to hear your gonna spray it white again, but blue flakes or something in the clear would be hot too.
