Nope actually its off of a tanker boat they have massive 9CYL engines that produce 23000HP and run on a top speed of something like 400RPM and they use massive turbos.

I saw a stupid civic this weekend with a turbo sticking above the hood and it was probably bigger then the engine in that thing. it looked funny as hell and the guy even dared to rev his engine at me... what an idiot.

The 14 cylinder version makes 108,920 hp at 102 rpm and 5,608,312 lb/ft at 102rpm.
