I had to look again and now it reminds me of......a bowling ball! The ones you get at the alley, am I right?! That is some super sparkliness going on there, holy canoli. Man to man...don't even park it for her. That car is now an official No-Man Zone!

We just put 17x7.5" fronts and 17x8" rears on the 240 and she's all "THAT'S WHAT I WANT!".... The whole car wasnt done with newspaper lol the front and back glass were tape paper and the whole interior was taped off with tape paper. I wasnt planning on doing the underside of the trunk/trunk area, under the hood, or in the door jams and back of doors, but I decided itd be best to paint as much as possible since it's such a drastic color change lol

There are no plans of any lowering or rims and kit. She's not the most cautious of drivers so it isnt neccessary stuff anyways. She actually wanted it bright pink to begin with, but i held the line there because it would NEVER sell or be able to be traded in as Pink. At least with purple it's a little closer to a normal car color, even if it is retarded purple

And the Mustang.....Well.....Hmmm....I have no defense for the Mustang, he needs spacers badly for my rims on his car. He's changing his paint this summer, it's always been such an eye catcher, but love it or hate it it gets attention and thats what he wants. Here's what they are working on for him for this summer hopefully. They started the work and got into it a ways and he's run out of money for now lol...The greatness sitting in the mock-up vehicle.

Im going to be honest and say I dont like the color. Too girly and sparkly and lowriderly for me. I liked the graphite you had it, but at least its not pink. As long as she's happy thats all that matters, just dont put wire wheels on it

lol everyone I know around town that has seen it has been upset because the color I had it was so much better... It needed to be repainted anyways. It wasnt the same shade as the factory metallic graphite by far and the hood and front/rear bumpers were still factory metallic graphite...

And unpictured, to make the car even worse......... And it so goes with Opi saying a fairy shit on it lol She put a big vinyl butterfly on the rear window.

Hell yeah, you GOTTA put some gold Daytons on it now, pushed out about 3" of course. Don't forget the rearview mirror that goes all across the windsheild too, with the hanging tassels!

Metalic Purple with Purple base and Purple flake isn't a color I would choose, but I have from the photos it looks like you did a good job!

my girlfriend wants her car painted purple but that would never happend cause sometimes i am force to drive it and ill never be driving a bright purple 04 corrolla now if she owned a 750 bmw then maybe....lol I made her take off the girly girl racing stickers too....

Because I gave her the car. It's hers and I dont have to drive it. I have my 240SX and a Caravan if need be lol I didnt choose the color, I just did the work. She does very well juggling full time school with a job, leaves at 7am for school and doesnt come home until 10pm from work. She deserves something she wanted.

She's a very Girly Girl, here's the computer I built for her too, again hideous lol But it's her thing. She's supportive of me and my car thing, so I'm happy to include her on little custom projects if she wants.

I can respect that , thats awesome, just put like 15% tint on it incase you have to drive it one day.

I'll give you props for wanting to do something nice for her. But it's still quite the "loud" paint scheme.

And I'd go more around a 5% tint... just to be safe.

Is it weird that's the first thing I noticed in that last picture?! I'd be much more afraid of someone recognizing me sitting in that Mustang than that purple Neon. I don't think it's that bad. It's been said already... grille and B-pillars really need to be black. Other than that, it's really not bad.

there is a pink neon that rolls around here... baby pink like that computer. It makes me almost puke.. and then I look at my car and just laugh.

I've never really liked the purple skittles though... they taste bad.

It has 5% on the back 3 windows, 35% up front, I can just hide in the back if need be.

How can a pink neon like the computer pink hurt your stomach and make u wanna puke, my stomach hurts i look at that computer. Reminds me of pepto bismol and i feel better.
