In my opinion any tails other than stock are ricey... or ricish (not a word lolz)

BUT, I do like the car.... if you had black wheels I'd like it more.

Lowering that car for the intentions of improving the cornering would have been done with a nice sport tuned suspension, hell even cut springs I would argue would have been better for the car (not the looks)

the bags serves a purpose. i cut my car up to laybody, that is somthing that has never been done with a neon. If you haven't guessed it, im a truck guy. i've always been into every kind of truck, but mostly into bagged minitrucks. so im styling my car like a minitrucker would do their S10, Ranger, etc

I think the whole rice thing is just completely subjective. One guideline is that if it strictly for looks, and has no function (form only) then it is rice. So I would say black paint on wheels adds weight, therefore taking ever so slightly from the function of it. So that, by definition is rice.

See, applying any sort of logic to it makes it completely - well, illogical. I can not help but stick by my original idea (posted elsewhere) that anti-rice forum is nothing but a bunch of haters who do just that - spread hate. There is nothing good that comes out that. I do not see the point of it, why be so negative, why put down someone else for something they did? You mentioned earlier that calling someon a "fag" stopped when "we were teenagers" yet your forum you participate in does just that - calling someone a name or their car rice is the same thing - so technically, once again with a little logic, you too never grew out of the "name calling".

The purpose of this site is for neon enthusaists, bringing your car on here to post up because a few of our people did just that has basically started a "war" over the internet. I bet if we all met and hung out and talked cars and stuff in a civil manner, all our opinionsabout each other would change - but only if entered with an open mind. But since it is the inet, and we all know how big our balls get on here, all thats happened is a stupid war.

I suggest to you and all your anti-rice people as well as the rest of 2gn, lets just stop, calla truce and agree to disagree. Stop posting here, and we need to stop posting over there.

Yea they did but i guess reading is > than anti-rice. Because the thread they got those pics from explained why the car looked like that, and i'm sorry but a wrecked car is not rice. but oh well I doubt very seriously that any one of them would have the balls to call my car rice to my (or any other member on here) face.
