thank you for the tip, i actually had alot of problems with fitment, and Cassi (Neonix) suggested this, as they had to do it to Chris' old neon, and now it fits great.

Yeah, you absolutely have to remove the springs, otherwise, if by some miracle you do get it to fit squarely, it will be stressed as hell.

No springs was the only thing I hated about my CF trunk. It pissed me off so much the first few times it fell on me.

Oh yeah you should paint your key lock on the trunck black. it sticks out. And remove your springs on your trunk. It sucks having to hold up your trunk when you get things in and out but its better then cracking the inside of your trunck.

i have a feeling im gonna hate not having springs as well. but id rather have my trunk fit than have sprigns.
