sorry i live in the town where the HQ for Superlift and Skyjacker are .. i am used to seeing ones that are done with some thought ... not a few rednecks with a jack and some spare scrap metal ...TNK wrote:while the truck looks frickin sweet, devil has a point. its almost useless for any kind of rock crawling or anything. might be fun to take through a mudhole, but thats about it.

hah! .. i live in the middle of redneck central ... the 'ideal' sport around here (besides cars chasing their tails) .. is mud drag racing ... whoohooo /sarcasm ...TNK wrote:hey now... easy buddy...-Devil- wrote:sorry i live in the town where the HQ for Superlift and Skyjacker are .. i am used to seeing ones that are done with some thought ... not a few rednecks with a jack and some spare scrap metal ...TNK wrote:while the truck looks frickin sweet, devil has a point. its almost useless for any kind of rock crawling or anything. might be fun to take through a mudhole, but thats about it.
eh, i know what you are saying ... we have mud holes like that around here to .. and still have some people that build em like in that photo ... mostly they are the ones that stick to the mud drag racing ... kinda funny tho .. last race i was forced to go to .. the top winners were built by skyjacker and superlift .. oh and a vw beetle / sandrail (only 2 wheel drive, sits about as tall as our neons etc) ...WykedHellFire wrote:well, the truck in the picture along with many built down here are made for looking big and or going through a huge mud hole we have down here. their not just thrown together actually...it's this guys business is "Heavy Metal Creations". he will take any truck you give him and for 10k make it a monster. now maybe I didn't get a good shot of the axles and what not but they are done decently. but this isn't his best truck either. he has a newer F-Series up that high.
id rather have a slammed mini.Opi wrote:the redneck in my screams "drive it, drive it, drive it"
I'd sport it, no matter how useless it is
