Today was a long and grueling day but our task was succeeded and taken care of by hard work and some TLC!

505streetracers ride was the victim and it was a HUGE improvement from when we first started. You can see the difference in swirl marks, gloss and shininess through all the pictures.

Feel free to comment and let us know what you think!

All swirly...yuck!

Polish and swirl haze remover applied, helped a lot!

And the finished product!

Great pictures man, as always! But his mesh is yucky. He should take it out, or paint it black.

I can't stand the HDR photos for cars, it just doesn't work for cars, looks to cartoony.....it works for like architecture, landscaping, terrain, and night shots......cars it just looks funny. But car looks good.

It works for our Neons though, cause they sure as hell are cartoony!

On marios (505streetracer) car we did the following...

1. Did the engine bay first
2. Washed the car
3. Dryed the car
4. Began polishing/swirl haze on exterior
5. Interior by Jacob during my exterior work
6. After polishing/swirl haze, we used Glaze to fill in whatever swirls were left
7. Buffed off all remaining haze
8. Applied Wax over exterior, windows, head lights, and tail lights
9. Buff Off all wax
10. Apply V.R.T. (Vinyl Rubber Trim) to tires to clean em up and give a natural shine
11. Cleaned windows up
12. Cleaned up Wheels
13. Vacuum the interior

Car was a lot of work but looks 110% better than before! Happy Late Birthday Mario! Hope you like your gift!

And my HDR is what i like to do. people hate it on cars, i tend to like it, since cars are the only thing worth looking at here in NM.

Do you work with at A Touch of Glass with Sean, or is that not his shop?

sean is a good friend of mine, and i use his shop sometimes to do details! its a lot cleaner there than my own garage lol. so the answer to your question is that is seans shop, a touch of glass

If you don't mind, what polish/glaze/wax do you use?

Just curious.

I'm not hating on your skills, I just don't like the look for cars.....here's where HDR really shines....

ok, all photo work is subjective .. what one person dislikes .. the other may like ...

personally .. in the right situation with a car it can look good ... same thing with scenery ...

it all depends on what the photographer likes most for their subject ...

but if using it on something like a car .. make sure the background isn't to busy...

HDR pics make your exhaust tip look much bigger.

Nice and shiny car, though.
