Thanks! Yeah, the EB paint was pretty expensive too! $250 for a quart.

I agree, the car has come a long way since last year. Surprisingly I'm not really in to the whole appearance scene. Performance is more my bag, but now that I've done all this, and the car is looking great, I have no regrets about what I've done. My goals now are to start focusing on getting more horsepower out of this thang.

Thanks for all the compliments so far. We're going to start working on getting those sideskirts on around 1 pm today. Then I need to wash the car again because of 'valley dust'. My car is already dirty. Then I'll go crazy with the pictures.

Gas prices

Finished finally! Sideskirts were cake to install, even with my lack of instuctions and mounting hardware.

Oh, and just thought I'd take a picture of local gas prices. They will no doubt exceed 4 dollars this summer. Thank God we drive neons.

Edit: Oh, and supertrick_05, it is 'semi-flat' black. Flat black and glossy did not look right, but semi flat complimented the blue nicely.
It is Krylon interior-exterior spary paint. Looks great

Damn...I was hoping it was something professionally sprayed in a gun. I gotta get that AAR Cuda-style hood on my car and need to get it painted, as well as the back of the trunk. Anyways, enough about my car...yours is SICK!!!! I can't believe that it made that much of a difference! I'm really happy for you...besides my car, yours is definately my favorite OTHER car with the lip kit

BTW...your car makes me want to get 18's!

Yeah. I'm definitely satisfied with the outcome. I've honestly been toying with the idea to do this since last year, but never was quite ready to sink the money in to until recently. I'm happy I did. I like your car as well.

Yeah, I'm pretty much realitively done, exterior wise. Might do a few things here and there, but like I was saying earlier I am much more of a performance guy. Now I'm just considering whether or not I'm really willing to match the same amount of money I've done spent on appearances and putting it in to go fast parts. We shall see.

Yeah, tinted the windows last week I think... Didnt make much sense to have all this work done but no tint.. lol. Hmm.. idea with my headlights huh.. should be interesting.

you're car went from sexy.... to absolutely amazing. i cant believe it. you now have one of my personal favorite neons. no joke. and your brakes have convinced me that red calipers would look good on my car. keep up the good work man. beautiful. simply beautiful.
