thats the point its to display what can be done to a car. Its a hobby to some and to others they make there money from this. For example I was in the 410 motoring booth at a show and a guy saw the tv's in my buddies yukon and asked the shop could they do that to his yukon cause he was going on a long trip with his family and wanted the install for kids to watch on the trip. Now this guy isnt into showing his car, but seeing this was a perfect way to generate business for the shop.relaxiknowarchie wrote:I don't understand the point of destroying a perfectly good car to make a "rolling" display case. I guess it does make it better for trade shows.

here is 2 shots (same car) of this car. i am not sure what it is. i think it is a mini cooper, but im not 100% sure. it was at one of the hins down in miami. it had 2 motors in it (one engine up front and one in the back of it). not sure what kind of motor/s. it was all roped off so i coudlnt get close to see. but both motors were all chromed out and modded. i think they were both turbo too if i can remember. full fiberglass interior (seats and all). insane crazy body/paint work as you can see.

whats the point in having fast cars that dont see the street??? i used to be into all the show stuff but now i think its pointless....to each his own....but IMO a clean stockish car looks better than all that crap
krack and sully are the only show cars on here that i like because neither of them are over the top ugly never seen road chassis....o well

Bazooka Celica, apparently to showcase their audio products...interesting...
Soundwave popping out the trunk of an otherwise stockish car...interesting...
Panzer Volkswagon? ...interesting...
Too much crunk & chrome for my taste...interesting...
and the best for last, the Rumblebee...
Yeah...give me half the money spend on this masterpeice and I'd have two SRT-4s, one racecar and one street sweeper!
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.
