Here are some pics I took about 2 hours ago... bribed my mom into taking my car out so I can take some pics with the new Kazera springs. I lost my license until October.....

Neon Specs: yes, it is an 01 R/T:
-Flame red
-17x7 Centerline Storms painted with a black chrome paint, that turned out gunmetal-looking
-Kazera springs from Tirerack, put them on 2 days ago and today was the first day the car was driven
-Chrysler grille
-SRT tails tinted all red
-Stock R/T rear bumper
-Stock 02 SXT replacement front bumper (still have original R/T... in 2 pieces)
-No R/T sides (sis has them)
-Airbag delete waiting for Chrysler airbag cover
-DCSports SRT-4 catback exhaust (it will fit once I paint my SRT rear bumper) with Borla XR-1 Race "muffler" (LOUD), and Car Chemistry header insert

Enjoy.. and if anyone wants hi-res email me with how big you want them... I have up to 3008 x 2000.

-1991 British Racing Green, 1,581 out of 4,000 Limited Editions
-Interior stripped
-Harddog Hardcore Double Diagonal Hard Top Rollbar (HDHCDDHT)

I've never been a fan of the BIG (at least they look big in the pics)r/t badges. But otherwise looks great.

I agree they are a little big. I clearcoated before I put them on (in 01) and they are just now starting to get cloudy (6 years ain't bad!)

Of course... if you look close, the turn signal intakes on the Miata got a little bit of condensation in them... despite me RTVing them. Rain = teh suck with my new tires with tread. Slicks were way more fun haha

I'll tell you what, with the D50 I don't have to fake as much anymore! I used to have to manually blur the backgrounds to give the picture depth when I was using my PAS Sony 5MP. For the money, you can't beat the D50. All I really do to my pics is up the contrast depending on the pic, make multiple layers to fool with, then add a lighting effect and change the layer style to suit how it mixes with the original layer(s) below it. I usually go with darken, overlay, or linear/hard light or burn. If anyone wants the .psd files I can send them if your email will handle it.

yeah i got a new wallpaper aswell. sweet photos, even with the miata gutted the pics still looks good.

LOL! I learned that USPS will NOT ship an airbag. I don't know if FedEx/UPS will, I assume so... but it is labeled hazmat.

Miata holds the record for the most lateral G's for a car under $100,000.

Actually, it's #2, because spoiled sport Porche caught wind of the up and comming title and produced the winning entrant, @ $99,995 . Miata is a fraction of that cost and breathing town the Porche's tailpipe on the course.

I <3 my Miata ... there's a vid on youtube of miata vs lotus on the track. You can see the Lotus guy trying SO HARD to put some distance between them, and starts making more and more errors.... it's awesome.
I'm working on the shorty center console and I'll be putting my radio surround back on with the center vents and a carbon fiber radio block-off plate.
