Took some pics at good ol solid tech (my tuner) because i had nothing else to do...
Here are the ricer tails on the SRT4, not to bad if you ask me, could be worse!
Yes i know the valve cover is brighter than the car, but that will be taken care of

(paint matched soon)
Engine Bay is all empty!
An HDR picture of the SRT4 for fun
Yeah comment as you please, and take it easy on the flaming on the tails and valve cover

Valve cover could be better. And the tails would look better with a medium tint.
Where is Solid? I don't think I've heard of them.

Yeah the valve cover needs major work. once i get the car into the sun and see how the tails look, i will then make judgement on what to do with them. I will either do a SUPER DUPER light tint of nightshade, or tear them apart and paint all the chrome area E.Blue.
About solid tech, they are here in Albuquerque, off of Central and Eubank. They make a lot of big powered vehicles in our area.
680HP integra
BIG HUGE TURBO camaro (the white one in the hdr pic)
A couple 900HP supras
A bunch of fast hondas
A bunch of SRT4s
etc.
They do GREAT work and AGPTurbo considers Sean the owner of solid tech of being the best tuner in the Southwest!

the hell with tinting the outside, i think you need to tear them apart and tint the inside chrome. blue+black+red=sex!

the problem with tinting the chrome real black, is my car doesnt have much black on it! and i dont like having things that dont match, if i paint matched, at leat it would match the car a bit.

I saw a silver SRT runnin those tails the other day and I thought they looked hideous. The sun light was catching them and reflecting, drawing way to much attention, and they stood out way too much. I think they look alright as is, but getting out and about I have different feelings.

I vote for painting the chrome e-blue. Valve cover does indeed need work. Why didn't you just go to the dealership and get the right paint there?
