The RSX-S was definitely a nice choice. Do that car right, and keep it clean!

It was 16,990. I got it brought down to 15.5. It would of been 14.5 if i didnt lose money on trading my neon in.

And yeah, ill keep it clean. Only top of the line stuff going in this baby!

Also, yeah the neon looked better cus it had a lot of exterior stuff done to it. The rsx is going to look sick once i get the stuff i want thrown on exterior wise.

:laughing3: :laughing3: :laughing3: :laughing3:

a lot?! haha....do some research. 03 rsx BASE models can be sold for 12-13 easily. i have an 03 rsx type s. and it was certified with the dealer AND came with a 100k bumper to bumper warranty, lifetime road side assitance.

EDIT: also...if rsx's went for only 12k when they had only 7500 miles on it...that is worse of a resell value than a neon. and we ALL know that isnt true. do research. i call bullshit. otherwise your friend bought something that was submerged in water for a long period of time. :tardbang:

it was actually the cheapest certified one i found on the internet. type s's can have 90k miles on them and still be sold for 15k. i mean, yeah i could of gotten this black 03 type s from a dude that had 65k miles on it for 12k.....but then again...why trust someone elses car that has been raced and modified ways i dont like it?

its well worth it. yeah i thought of the srt4 as well....found one for same price as my acura. but it had 70k miles on it and will probabaly go for only 70k more. haha.

acura = foreverrrrrr. plus, once i get out of school its going to be my non-daily driver and for large shows only. cus once i get out of school in 2 years ill be making 90k a year. my car is gonna be dannnkkk.

^^^um, ok dick its called getting a good deal.....not too mention his RSX will run circles around yours....full buddyclub valve train, ITR cams, skunk2 intake and a whole bunch more i dont remember but i'm sad to say that i've seen him walk on SRTs before......no he didnt buy it certified, if you are patient enough and wait for the right deal you'll get it.....he got it from an old rich lady who bought it for her son who then was deployed to the middle east so she wanted to get rid of the car and surprise him with something new when he got home.....so dont tell me to do my research when i know what i'm talking about....i said it was a nice car, but i wouldnt have paid that much for it when i could have gotten an SRT which is much faster stock for the same price

srt much faster? yes. life of engine....2-3 times less than an acura. resell value of an srt4? bad. overall, a type s is a better investment. (if you look at it as one) and did i say mine was faster than his? you randomly were just like " blah blah his is faster bahaha" you have a slow car but you dont see me saying anything about it. dont be immature.

and unless he is a mechanic, once one problem goes wrong with his car...he will be blowing more and more money on getting anything fixed.

and yes, good deal as in " yeah rich lady just wanted to get rid of it"

duh. no where did you state that.

and just like the guy above me said. aruond 15-16k is the average LOW price for type s's.

not some luck out on some rich bitch handing it down.

add more info before you post idiotic posts, or just dont post at all.

if you dont have anything nice to say...dont say anything at all. hahahaha :thefinger:

hey man, dont get your panties in a bunch lol.....i said i like the car, especially the interior = the sex lol.....and life of acura depends.....if you baby it, yes it will last longer.....but i know of lots of RSX guys that have blown their motor pretty easily......if you take care of it and dont drive like a jackoff it will last pretty long, but if you blow it good luck finding parts cause know everylittle civic k-20 swapper wannabe is trying to buy your motor

Bullshit.

Show me an RSX thats gone 200k/300k miles.

IMO, you don't know WTF you're talking about.

Nice car, good price, but STFU about reliability.

P.S. I hope its not one of those Honda/Acura's that got recalled because the odometer was FUBAR from the factory.

The RSX was introduced in what year? I doubt there are any on the road with that many miles. Car looks good and has a bunch of potential! those cars respond well to mods. Have fun with your Vtak, hopefully it lasts a while.

And no Torque

Sorry I'm Not a Honda Guy... to each their own, if you're happy that all that matters i guess.

and the crap about a RSX motor Lasting 2 to 3 times longer than the A855 is subjective. Any motor that is taken Care of and maintain will last quite awhile. Unless you live in a Perfect world and the same driver was driving both cars in the same conditions please do not make a claim like that,

I'd like to see a 250,000 mile RSX.. Considering they were released in 2002.. that would be what.. 50,000 miles a year.

hmmm... i dont know.. is it really an upgrade?

cars cost the same... 16,000 for srt-4, i guess 17,000 fo rxs-s ?

ones and import with 180hp with mods
ones a domestic with 230hp w/o mods

oh.. didn't srt-4's cost 22,000 new in 05... so the value decreased by... 6k over 3 years...

how much did new rxs cost? and now there selling for the same price?

maybe i'm just confused...

EDIT!
Just relized -
just relized it was a srt-4 clone.. not a srt... :tardbang:

huge upgrade.... lol, but i'd rather have a srt-4

Each in his own... though.. still a nice car
