Well it doesn't neccessarily have to be cheap, just to start off I want cheap mods, then I'll get to the bigger stuff later. Like those lowering springs, tints, rims/wheels, de badging it, stuff like that for now, then I'll get body kits, expensive engine mods & whatnot.

But yo how long or hard is it to install those lowering springs?

My friend and I installed kazera springs on my neon today and it took 2:30 hours at the fully equipped garage at his work.

After seeing the tools he needed and how he did it (I wouldn't know where to start).. I recommend getting them installed.

He used:
-a few sizes in wrenches
-Compressor
-Impact wrench
-Some special clamps for the springs
-Some wd40

.... We snapped one of the bolts that was stuck and drill it out. woooops.

And the drop was only about 1 inch ... I hope I have to break em in or something to get the "1.5 inch" drop they are supposed to have, because at the moment 1inch just doesn't seem like enough.

I kinda think I should have spent the extra money for eibach prokit or something, but at the same time, it snows alot here and my car is a daily driver so the kazera springs are alot more practical.

ya it is basically just knowing what u are doing..when i did my springs for he first time i had never done it before so..i just went at it...took me about 4-5 hours.

Now iv done it soo many times i can do it in like 1.5-2 with my tools...which are impact, air wrench, misc tools, and spring compressors...

So it is basically just konwing what u are doing and just going at it...

in this order. Just my personal opinion...
1. K&N filter, or a CAI
2.Exhaust of your choice
3.Tint
4.Lower.

mopar lip kit, 1gn lowering springs, remove side moldings, debadge it, tint windows, remove any all stickers, find some nicer rims, like the 03+ 7 spoke neon rims, or 01-03 snowflakes, maybe paint em black with silver lip, something liek that.. :D

I already removed the side moldings & took off the dealer logo thing. Idk how I am gonna take off the dumb decals/stripes that is on my car?

Color match mirrors and b-pillar.

Hm, paint 'em? Is even painting them gonna look good? Since the car is fiber glass & the pillar & mirrors are plastic or w/e.?

The car is metal the pillars and mirriors look great painted on a 1gn I think you might be the first to try it on a 2gn. I'll put up some new pics of the 1gn tonight.

I don't think I'ma paint my shit. I could always get some silver mirrors from a junkyard or w/e to put on there & leave the pillars black. My car looks a lot better w/o those rubber door things tho. :)

Best looking stock wheels for a Neon in my opinion.

Or for a near-free mod you could try my patented --Honey Chrome-- I think it would look amazing on a silver car.
