Front to rears are exactly even and the gap is not as big as it seems.
But otherwise yeah it handles like a pro. SRT weight is 3100 and my neon is 2650 and with the srt springs you can notice the difference in ride. Its amazing. I guess i will be on the lookout for srt sway bars and then it should really drive like its on rails.
Ok.. i'm not tring to flame you or anything... i just want a better understanding for what you did, i've had a few people ask me for my struts and springs since i have Tein Coilovers now.
U'r a bit off onthe SRT weight, i've seen quite a few srt's go up on the scale with full interiors and drivers and come up weighting 2850... i believe u'r pretty close on the numbers on u'r neon...
Here are the stock srt springs... and i was just comparing it to the tein coil over springs...
Now.. i got rid of my suspension cause it just had TOO much give... too much body roll... while cornering, i didn't feel like, though the srt suspension is good, it wasn't good enough.
I would think that since the ride height on the srt is about the same as the ride height of a neon (except for the 17's) that you would actually end up with a bigger wheel gap because you car is lighter... I will be really suprised if you end up dropping any with srt springs...
On another not... i will probably be selling my SRT-4 complete strut and spring suspension, along with the sway bars soon.
