i can feel the difference....i can't wait for the headers to go in. i'm having a mechanic do 'em. my gas pedal is super hard to press

why is your gas hard to press?

60mm tb....and from what i've heard my throttle cable might be stuck because i've got cruise control without having cruise control.
also the cai usually makes your gas pedal feel softer, but a 60mm tb makes it feel really difficult to press. guessing the spring?

who? neon316
comes with a bellows tube replacement and it's black haha.
i didnt use the bellow tube there i put it right before the air filter so that the filter would hang more to the bottom of the bumper so it gets the air better but i did get 4 pipes with mine so i can just cut one of the other ones for my bellow tube

hey guys do i need a flex pipe for this header? it comes with that piece that attaches to the rest of the midpipe. i also have race motor mount inserts.
btw i think they might have sent me the DOHC version...do these look like they will bolt up to the SOHC?!?!!?
THEY LOOK THE SAME?!?!?

*scared*

Thats a SOHC... DOHC's ports are rectangular, SOHC's are round.
You will not need a flex joint, since it has a ball and socket joint, which is type of flex joint.

Ball and socket? what's that....?
all i see that came with it is a three bolt collector flange, springs and a collector gasket

I was thinking tti headers had a ball and socket set-up on them... maybe I'm wrong.
EDIT:
Something like this should be bolted to the end of the header IIRC.. but I've never had a tti header...

That might explain that hissing noise I get when i'm at throttle. How do i go about looking for a vac leak? Please help me haha thanks
03blackrt- yes! I have that piece! it came included. Does that mean i'm good? no flex joint?
