Turbo swapped '00 FTMFW
Wierd custom eyelids and ESPECIALLY the crooked, ghetto centerbadge grille-bar FTL

Ditch that thing, it's just two bolts to remove it. It's a total eyesore compared to the rest of the car (the rest is pretty sweet).

yeah the pictures make it look worse than it really is. its actually broken. i have just been too lazy to pop it off. i just need to come up with something to go there, crome wise. maybe just get a new grill piece with the emblem... i can thank my sister for that. I did the eyelids like that for two reasons really, first is i wanted something that wasnt going to block any part of the projector beam (nightvision is bad enough for me) and two because the way those projectors are, they bulge out past where the stock lights would be and it looked kind of gaudy with it all chrome. I like the way it turned out.

-edit- wow that thing really is pretty crooked... o well cant win them all

Hey Jamie I have a suggestion for you then about the badge... get a Dodge ram style badge from a junkyard, and suspend it. What I mean is make a bracket that you can use to suspend the badge int he center of the airdam, like the Cobra mustangs did:
You could use something from ebay like this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge-Ne ... dZViewItem
Or just leave it empty. Honestly with the '00 it doesn't look bad like that:
BTW I took a look at your profile garage... your car is pretty cool. Really nice turbo build-up.
Oh, and
azianmopar05 is right about the middle car, but I think all he needs to do is take off the big ram decal on the hood, and remove the chrome wheel covers. Then the car will look clean.

The car on the left and on the right are realllly nice. The one in the middle needs some work though. Those hubcaps kill me....and the ram logo and winshield logo aint looking good either.

Next one is tentatively Oct. 13. Want to try to make it a monthly deal at a park or something, get a cook-out going or whatnot. Probably keep it more central Fl. (Orlando/Sanford) for now but may do different spots on the map in the future depending on interest/conveinience. I for one don't mind travelling a bit.
Check on the "Regional events - Southeast - Florida" post for more info and updates.
Good to meet you both.

Jamie: Awesome car and motorwork is amazing!
Kim: Work in progress but getting better all the time, nice interior!
Those that didn't show: You'll be there next time right?
"My car looks like sh!t" or "it's mostly stock" excuses don't fly, if you drive a Neon bring it. Maybe you'll get some inspiration or learn something new (like for some reason the 04 has a battery wrap you can't unplug because the car won't start?!)

Anyone know what kind of wheels are on the silver car? I've been looking for something like that for a while

I do! Motegi FF15 17 x 7 comes either Hyperblack (dark silver) or White finish. I think they've been out of production a couple of years now though.
I've seen a few different brands that are prety close to the same style but maybe with 1 more or less spoke.

Just go with the lip kit everyone goes with for your '03+. It's only a slight change, but adds a bit more dimention to the lower half.
Also, I still think you should remove the hub caps and just run the black steel wheels. I like the side stripe look, I have to say. But the dodge logo on the hood is a bit too big. Not a fan of huge hood logos.
Your car has potential tho! Keep at it

Yeah it was a cool get together... not sure on the date for next month. maybe one week before or after not sure, i think my mom... yes my mom... is getting married that weekend of the 13th so that may not be so good.
Jason one day I am gonna give you a ring and get phase two of the MS brain transplant done. I ran the wires through to the engine bay sunday before it started raining. Might just tow it out there.
so all that is left is the cuttin, crimpin, starting, cussing because it wont start, fixin the wires i got backwards, starting, cussing more, putting wires back because the were right to begin with, starting, cussing... etc....
but anyway, there was definitely alot of work and effort between those three cars sitting there! and thanks for the compliments on those wheels. they are Tenzo Passion 5's in HyperBlack... love those wheels

Sounds like any other car project I've been involved in! Don't worry, there's plenty of watering holes around here for when the work is done!
