Nope not on the ACR my bros RT. I bought it for $50 it was a Modern Performance hood they use to sell and the carbon fiber was bad. We had it sprayed from a DNO member and it just didnt fit the look of my car but it looks hot on my brothers. It still needs to be wheeled and adjusted but very nice for the price we payed.

i think that hood looked awsome on seventhguest's car when it was kitted ( i think that was him)... i don't think it flows well on a stock looking car :(

It doesn't look bad but I don't think it works very well on a stock car :-?

I almost bought that hood when I first got my car lol

Its not about the air in, its about the air out.

Never been a fan of that hood personally. Hence why I didn't bother to go pick it up for $50.

Not bad. Looks good.

But - painted carbon fiber??? Isn't that a kind of blasphemy??

There was no saving the CF

I agree with everyone else...your bro should do more stuff body-wise to get the hood flowing more, but I think it's a good-lookin hood!

I almost bought that hood too but MP said they were not going to sell anymore because everyone was having issues with fitment and the hazing thing so I got the current one instead.
I was toying with the idea of painting mine but not 100% sold on it yet. Yours looks good though I must say.
I think with a lowered stance and different wheels, maybe some eyelids, it might be a bit tougher looking.

Well its only "lowered" on SRT springs but since he works in a bad area it really cant be much lower. He is looking into wheels but we like the look of the stock ones alot. Also it had eyelids but it just didnt look right lol.

This hood was very hazed and the clear was real bad. There was no way to save the CF. The fitment wasnt bad. It needs to be tweeked alittle but for just throwing it on it fits better then most CF hoods ive done.

Ah, idk maybe he lucked out and got one of the first molds so the fitment is truer.
I actually like it better in silver than CF anyway. Looks damn good to me.

No one believes me but like I said for a long time lol... those RD hoods suck and fog up.

Reverse-direction vents are nice on transverse engine setups that place the exhaust in the front, like Honda and Mitsubishi, because the heat rises off the hot parts, but with Chryslers, and the exhaust located on the backside of the head, this doesn't seem as efficient as the SRT hood's ram scoop that directs air to the rear of the engine.

Looks-wise... I would have liked it if the vents had been more narrow. These are too big.
