Sorry to hear about the totaled status. That really sucks, but at least the car did what it was suppose to do... Allow you to walk away.

It is the SRT axleback exhaust, the guy sent me a response about it. And for the front bumper... I'm thinking about try to talk the guy down a lot of money since i would have to get the R/T front and get it painted. Then get the fogs and grill.Andpto wrote:the exhaust doesnt look an srt-4 rear section but it looks really bad with the bumper being off.
ALSO:
Just found out that the insurance company will let me get everything off of my car ( Euro Tails, exhaust, intake, cd changer, aftermarket radio ) as long as i have the factory crap to replace it with.
They are even going to let me take the rims b/c they think they are aftermarket!
They will let me know when they move the car to a new location where i don't have to worry about ne1 messing w/ it or stripping it out. It's a 'hold' location for the insurance company.
03neonSE - It's going to Quakertown.
So this weekend... TO THE JUNKYARD!

If i can find some snowflakes i will buy them.
Because the guy from the insurance company said that he wrote up the report saying the car had aluminum wheels. If i bought steelies i will loose prolly about $200 off of what they are going to give me. Which after my $500 deductible i will get $5100 (if i can find snowflakes). So i'm kinda happy about that.

Here is Michigan, you basically have to call the Sheriff's department to get the deputy that does inspections out to look at it. Granted you must fix the damage first. Afterwards they give you a form to take to the secretary of state to clear the title. Not too bad.BlackRoseRacing wrote:I figured it would be....
No the car is going to be tagged as "Salvage" and if you were to repair it you will have to go through hoops to get the title cleared, or atleast you would here in NY.
Yeah the whole insuranse taking your car thing is pretty messed up though. That new R/T doesn't look too bad. Hey, it even has an injector cover!
