yeah their's something about trunk carpet that makes people act like children. I know that's how i was when i bought mine

Do you have all the clips? if not i could sell you some. $5 and i'll send 15 clips through the mail. All brand new.

try lowes or home depot. mine has bins and bins of automotive fasteners of every kind. and surely cheaper than the dealer.

Hi, my name is Paul and I'm also trunk lid carpet modder.

Hey... it just adds a touch of class to the car and keeps the trunk lid from sounding so tinny when closing. Cheap, easy to do and improves the look, feel and sound of the car... what more could ya ask for?

Well, removing the truck lid should accomplish that along with weight redux.

The push clips were ~$2 for two at my local autoparts store. I would expect the dealer to get $2 or more each.

Mine doesn't have carpet. Must have been attacked by a trunk lid carpet muncher.
