I don't think so. the spool time actually isn't that bad and when it hits it hits hard! :violent1:

Honestly, after a lot of reaseach, I'd rather spend that 17k on a stock SRT and build up. What are you going to do if something goes wrong with it? You know nothing of the build up, just what went in the car. :?

He can ask the shop. Usually when a former shop car ends up in new hands, that happens. Anyways it's more business for them.

Actually, no, not sour at all. It's what kept me from buying a fully built car. Unless I put it together, I don't know anything about it. Not to mention the builders of this car are states away. It was an honest question. I was asked to drop the BS, so I did. *shrugs*

do you have experience with high horsepower cars?

The only way to learn about high horsepower cars is to drive them.

I went from a mid 15 second V-6 Sundance to a low 10 second V-8 Vega. I just did it.

Thanks Josh

That's not true for everyone, even if everyone would like to believe that.

Some people are better off gradually learning, gradually tuning, and especially, gradually driving faster and faster cars.

So what's the deal with that fuel rail, is it worth it?

Absolutely. Especially when your running alot of fuel and have a complete -6 fuel line setup. It flows more than stock.[/quote]

I went from a mid 17 second truck to a low 16 second car. I thought I was hot shit. If I had went from my 17 second truck to a 14 second SRT, I'd probably be dead right now.

my only issue, is the car is already built.

I could never call the car mine, if I didn't do the work.

But thats just me.

Thanks for all the compliments guys !

azianmopar05: Yep that's Tims old car! I will take care of her. She is a really good car and they did put alot of money and time into her so I definately want to take care of it.

MoxHair, jckevns, Arro: I feel yall, but If yall knew anything about my 2000 es you know how much time, money and effort I spent into building her up and I got shit :banghead: So after waiting a full 2 years for my car I decided I wanted something basically done engine wise. I didn't want to dump a shitload of money into the car like I did my other neon and possibly end up with shit again so I bought this one with all the problems worked out already. So I hope yall understand I just didn't want to wait to have a high horsepower car because I've already been waiting 2 years.

P.S. I took out a Evo 9 MR last night . First race was heads up 30mph roll left him by 4 or 5 cars. Second race from a 40mph roll let him jump and gave him a car and beat him by 4 cars
