New hood...

**NEVERMIND THE POLL**
Well I got rid of my SXT front bumper for this, but the AAR 'Cuda hood didn't work with it:
So I got my NEW hood:
I traded screaming03neon straight up for his stock SRT-4 hood with shaved washer nozzle holes. I still have to do a little tweaking to the hinges and the hood stop bumps to fit it properly. It's not as appealing to me as my old fiberglass one, but it looks better than I thought, and I really like the SRT hoods with the scoop insert, opposed to the ones without. I looked at the hood on the car, as it's already a gloss black, and decided I'm not going to do any design on it...at least not right away. I'm just going to spray it the same DuPont "Hot Rod" black as the other hood was. Should be fine for now...until I can afford to get a more appropriate hood
Oh yeah, also got my new bumper emblem in today!

That's what I thought too
My friend Crystal and I came up with that one. They have a decal I can buy at RevolutionMotorsports for $40 so I don't have to paint the hood silver, mask the desired area, and paint black too...too much money and hassle. Here's the decal they offer:

I think your Neon looks very sexy the way she sits now. If I were you (which I'm not) I wouldn't change it one bit. Just my .02

i think the first design would look best if it was solid black without the breaks. kind of like your third design but switch the colors...silver to black, black to silver. no eyelids.

I like the silver scoop-black hood combo though I think that it could look better without the eyelids. If I had a silver Neon I'd totally copy your car.

I'm not feeling any of this with the AAR stripes, you went with the old school theme and you should keep it that way....unless you get rid of the stripes...Just my 2 cents...
Don't mix theme's from a Superbee and an AAR cuda...It does not look right.....

stick with the black hood, i dont think u should put any silver on the hood, stay with the eyelids and black hood. u cant go wrong

Yesterday I liked the black hood, silver decal better, this morning the silver hood with black decal. Have you thought about breaking the black down with silver stripes in similar fashion as the cuda stripes on the side?

Right on the money, the car looks way to cluttered... there is not much I like about this car at all... a neon with muscle car graphics bugs me
