BC Coilovers are on. Did a quick wash and wax job too.

Finally got my BC's on with the help of kc2002acr! It was a somewhat smooth install. The fronts were giving us a hard time. But the rears went on like buttah. :D They are all set on the softest setting dampening wise. I might mess around with them once I get my new half shaft in.

Here are some quick picts I took with the bright sun out:
And yes, I need tire shine!!!

I plan on:
-Painting my foglight bezels Ps2 silver. (Same color as the car)
-Painting the face of the rims a type of silver, haven't decided yet. Leaving the inside black.
-Raising up the side exit exhaust and I am looking to get a different tip. Thinking of a dual tip. Something clean and subtle of course.
I might lower it a bit more since I got a 3 year unlimited alignment agreement with National Battery and Tire.
-I might put my stock tails back on too.

Comments welcome!

looks great, can't wait to put on my BC's. Like everything about it. Would look nice if you toke apart the tails and painted them your body color. Not crazy about the painted SRT rims, everything else is so clean, it seems like you just need a nice set of rims, maybe bright silver with a thin polished lip.

I like the SRT wheels silver with a black face and spokes. The stance is good, and I agree with the exhaust...bring it up a lil bit. Looks really good man!

Yeah I really want to do that, but I don't think I can trust myself! Theres a nice how-to, I will check it out and might consider it since I will have the paint from the foglight bezels when I do em..

I totally agree with you on painted SRT rims. Hopefully I will have money next year and get a nice set. I already have some in mind:
Gloss silver, Flat silver or Hyperblack is what I will go with.

Ahhh I have to disagree. I think that is played out and makes the car look like a circusmobile. (I made that word up)

We need to get a meet set up here in a few before full out nasty Mizzou Kansas weather gets hot and humid...

Hahaha thats awesome! Let me know if you decide to go with 16's! Are they 17x8 or 17x7?

The ride is as good as stock until you go over railroad tracks and similar bumps. Still not bad at all over that! But yeah, they rule! I have them all set to the softest dampening.

Drop dat bitch some more, turn up the dampening, and ride on railz, yo!

Looks hot, how about some pics of the camber plates? And how much clearance did you have on ntb's allignment rack? My local shop says they can't accomodate me, but I want to take advantage of that gold package you got. $169 for unlimited allignments for 3 years is retarded amazing.

Ps, tire shine looks ugly.

ImportImage he is a vendor on SRTforums.com. Check the vendor groupbuy section sticky.

 Might lower it .25 all around before I get another alignment which I will need since I will be putting in a new pass. axel. Plus I will have my SEE raised up a bit. I went to a fairly new NTB thats only a year old. They have 2 nice alignment racks. Both in ground. Since I knew the guy there I got the 3 year alignment for $120 cash.

Whats wrong with tire shine? I want my tires to look shiny.... :slap:

one thing... put a couple drops of 80w-90 on the pillow ball mount. i don't know about kansas, but here in WI the roads were dry enough to start to dry the tiny bit of lube that they put in there from the factory.

looks good man i love the stance of it.

What did you use to paint the rims?

the only thing you need to do IMO is get rid of the stock intercooler and get a large intercooler

It was the 15th snowiest season here in Kansas this winter, might go up if it snows before March 20th. There was a lot of salt and sand on the roads. Pillow ball mount?

Well I got an awesome deal on a set of SRT-4 rims with great winter tires. They were painted black when I got them. He did a great job. He followed the how-to on SRTforums he told me.
He used the Dupli-color hi-temp wheel paint and a can of clear coat. I actually don't like em black. I plan on painting the face a silvirsh color. and leaving the insides black.
A bigger intercooler really won't do much to my car since I am stock turbo. Mostly for show. Plus you have to take out the stock crash bar if its not a direct fit and you will lose handling. If I do get one I will get an EBay one which is the same as quickwhips,Bwoody,Evil etc. They just label em different.
yea but it won't look gay lol
It will look better once its raised. I will probably go with another tip too. If anything I will get a single exit out the back in the future. Duals on 4 bangers iz ghey.

Not to mention removing the crash bar can turn a minor repairable collision into a total loss. Or worse, get you dropped from insurance for removing structural parts of a street driven car, and your claim denied. Bfmic are gay, if you need extra cooling, get meth/water injection or an intercooler sprayer.

Were you free Wednesday morning?

100% with you on that. I actually got back from the same place that put it on and asked them if they could higher it. He said that was as high as they could get it without hitting the frame which would cause a ton of noise and vibration.. but I am not sure on that. How would I go about raising it?

I am thinking about loosening up these two clamps. Any ideas? :banghead:
