How much did you pay for the valve cover and where do i find it??? I've seen some powdercoated ones on abay like that...

I have the same question as well sxxxt, I want to powdercoat one myself, are the oem valve covers able to be powdercoated? I think they have a rubberish coating on them stock but not sure...

Yes yes, I know!! :beatstick:

sxxxt: This is a Magnum (i.e. R/T or ACR) valve cover. Those are the only ones that are metal on 2gn's and can therefore be powdercoated, all other non-Magnum valvecovers are Plastic! Either get a Mag VC, or ANY **'96-'99** SOHC valvecover fits fine. I just happened to choose the Magnum VC because I already have a catch can setup, so to me it was plug + play vs rerouting with the earlier (although slightly better design) VC's.

DouglasSXT: PM Jefford on the other .org; you can find his thread here ---->http://forums.neons.org/viewtopic.php?t=262182 His prices start @ $50-75 for basic colors. Mine was more expensive because it's Candy red, has polished lettering AND it's clearcoated (in other words $125 shipped).

Thanks for the compliments guys.
