so i decided to redo the car for the 08 show season.. but dang this is too much work.. lol

*Shameless Plug* - Don't know what kind of setup you have engine wise.. but i have a Mopar carbon fiber valve cover for sale.

hehe oops for got to tell that part..
redoing all the interior to a new color.. im considering a nice pearl silver, redoing the stereo and removed all the suede and going to end up smoothing it out and paintiong it , got new sparco suede seats, new custom made harness bar, takata harnesses...getting new steering wheel and quiick release hub too.
on the outside we are gonna change the color to a different green. and clean up a few things here and therem but still have the remove the rear and front windows and then the motor and trans.

the motor will be getting a a new intake manofld that is being sent to the chromers, a bunch of powder coating and chroming with misc. peices and parts. then going to be ntercooler kit for the nitrous. also a koyo chrome radiator.. and a few other new goodies to compliment the hahn turbo. so hopefully all that will look good..
also going to be doing a srt 4 rear brake swap and then doing the upgrades on those rotors..


i think thats about all.. but we shall see hehe.. the girlfriend doesnt like this too much so we will see what else i can get out of it.. im thinkin new j line wheels and tires too..

to anwser a few questions and some updates.

first most of those are HIN trophies..some is DUB and some is NOPI but i would say 90% is HIN.. since that is primarily the shows i attend.

next..lol i dont got deep pockets but just a love for modding cars.. the funny thing is i got a 05 expedition eddie bauer as my daily and the only mods is 3% window tint and some tv's... also got my trailer for the neon.. lol but we have modded my girlfriends 350z lightly too.. but nothing to crazy

...i will be selling a few things but the only thing i know for sure righ tnow is the 2 front seats... they are pretty nice and might have 80 miles on them since i installed in 05.

decided to chage the car color to a kandy red. i figured i better make it look different for the 08 season. the inside should look better too.. i got a few surprises.. ill post some more pics once i get some more prpogress..

any comments and/or suggestions for the car would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!

idk where u could get it but they make a light for the lexus that instead of amber on the bottom its clear, that would be a nice touch.

yeah i do know what you are talking about.. they are 2 compnaies that make those...
one is junction produce (qa vip company)
the second is a led company.. i have been looking in to them but the JP one is about 1200 for the rear.. the led one is about 350.. im gonna be upgrading those soon too..

well i finally made a few decisions on the car and did some more work to it.
i decided to change the car to a Kandy red exterior and a pearl silver interior.. i think that should make it look different for this season of shows

also i have taken the last door off, the trunk off, the taillights outs, the sparco fuel door off (this was harder than the rest of the car), the hood off, strut bar, a few more little things here and there..

NOW.. MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION TIME!

kool, im kinda intersted to se what ur gonna do with the interior, my only guess is add some more speakers. are u gonna tone the red down to a dark candy red or bright? i do have some suggestions maybe uv thought about them maybe not but here they are, i agree i kinda think the LED tails might look a little better, maybe mold a spoiler in since u have so much molded parts. as for wheels i would try and get the deepest rim you can fit on that bad boy. and somethin that would be really crazy if you mad ur hood CF and fit, not sure if ur doin the work or if ur payin someone, and also not sure if uv ever worked with carbon fiber, but that would be crzy. car looks good. were do u live? i mean like what HIN do u go to

few things...

1-- there is black widow spoiler molded in already
2- ill be upgrading wheels soon.. lookinh at one of my sponsors of JLINE an getting some one off wheels so i can get a nice lip
3- actually been talking to asome people about doing a CF roof and hood and some interior peices.
4- the car BETTER BE done for HIN orlando
5- i do shows from florida to NC and was planning on doing something liek dallas or n ew york show too this year but not sure
6- the interior will stay basically the same but new seats and harness and harness bar
7-;; lol the parts took over upstairs of my office so the girlfirned doenst kill me for using my house.
8-oh yeah.. i n eed to do something bright for shows., the brighter color the more it stands out.. it should be a bright kandy red
9- damn im tired of typing.. lol
10- cant wait for more updates to come .. ill keep you guys posted

your car is amazing utr one reason why i thought about doing the convertion the first place their alot of work i must do to get to your level one day our neon will rule the shows lol but wow i love what u have done maybe you can help out an idea what kind of convertion i should do next to the front ???
