From what I understand those are the European model tails that came on the Export neons. They have a separate bulb for the turn signal. The Euro export neons also had a rear fog light.

The A/C, yah... it's a little warm down here. It could be worse but after having upper 90 to 100+ temps for a few days, the A/C can really come in handy. Something I sort of miss on those days driving the white car since it doesn't have any A/C.

neon2ner - send some rain down here and I'll send some heat. We need rain so bad...

King Crab - LilSparkPlug would be correct, they're export tails used in the European market. You can still get them, however they can't be ordered from a US dealer (easily at least.) They go up for sale every now and then on here with 2k1MotorSports having a set if they aren't sold already. They don't typically run cheap either since they're not easy to find over here.

SX_2.0_Monkey - Camera is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ20. Works good for what I need but I'd like to get something a little better...

NiteHawk - The car will probably be up there next year unless for some reason there is a big change to the white car that takes place between now and then.

Anyway, because it was mentioned, and because this is Jason's thread, Im going to hijack it a little bit.

His tails are indeed exports. Though I had *most* of mine first.

Here is a pic of my car with the same tails, as well as the export rear bumper and fog lights. The second picture is just me being a whore and pissed Jason off. He hates that pic.

You're probably right. While Ive been out of the game for some time now, and Ive given away too many parts, Ive also collected a few more things. R/T bumper and sides go on next month. Still waiting for my P&P magnum head to get started. Im hitting 75k miles tomorrow, time for water pump and T-belt... might as well do a head swap too, right?

Its getting there, just took 4 extra years.

As far as the exports go, I still have all of them. Only gave away my 1st gen set. Though Ive never been convinced to part with them. Not yet anyway.

Dang that's a good looking black R/T. It might have been your car that made me think about modifying my first Neon 6 years ago! And I agree with a few others....you need to bring the black one to Carlisle next year.
