Im normally not a fan of black rims on a black car.

Im really not that big on black wheels at all!

I think they work on certain cars though, and it works on yours thanks to the red calipers!

Up too you... I personally wouldn't go any lower then 17's on my neon.... Kinda funny cuz I have a set of silverstones that I have yet to put on...

I like them but they have these tires out now (I forget who makes them right this sec) that have a red pinstripe on the "rim protector" lip part of the tire itself. The black Slipstreams with those tires IMO would look awesome!
